Typhoon! is honored to have Lee serving as its Catering Operations Director. Following his culinary arts education in Long Beach, California, where he graduated first in his class, Lee spent the next 15 years as executive chef for Red Lion Hotels and Greenwood Inn. During this time he received many awards including Chef of the Year, Red Lion Inns; multiple year winner of Tualatin Crawfish Festival and multiple international ice carving championships.

Lee’s strong business sense naturally launched his career into catering and facilities management. As director of food and beverage for Sweetbrier Inn, Oregon Golf Association Gold Club and Salvador Molly’s, Lee became a master at reducing costs, increasing productivity and improving customer satisfaction. By fostering strong front and back of the house teams, Lee has developed a formula for blending best-in-class menus with premier customer service resulting in high quality experiences for his catering clientele.

A New Orleans native transplanted to the Pacific Northwest, Holly brings to the team a sense of Southern hospitality and style. Her 10 years of experience includes extensive travel in Asia, where her love for Thai food and culture flourished. Holly’s diverse catering experiences and her fine arts education result in stunning buffet and banquet settings that appeal to all the senses.

With six years in the industry, most recently as the Crowne Meeting Director at Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Katie has built a reputation for excellence in customer service. A Merrill, Oregon native, Katie is director of outside sales. She forms strong relationships with her clients, and through hard work and attention to detail earns praise for her unwavering commitment to make your event memorable.

A Native Oregonian, Lindsey Leisinger graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Her background includes work at renowned wineries both international and local. Her extensive knowledge of food and wine of all types, coupled with her can-do attitude and an innate hospitality mentality make her a natural fit for Catering by Bo, and we are delighted to have her on our team.
